What am I submitting to the Content Inventory Project (CIP) if I participate?

The CIP is collecting records of your assets or metadata. We are not looking for your actual video or audio content, but rather an inventory of these materials. Similar to a library catalog, the Inventory database will point to the actual content on your shelves, but will not contain the content online.
